Log out and switch accounts

If you want to log in with a different subscription (for example, after a trial account or with a subscription you just bought), you first need to log out of the current account in the app. This guide is for the Android and Windows apps.

Android

1. On the app's home screen, tap "Menu" («منو») (four squares).
2. At the bottom of the menu, tap "Log out" («خروج از برنامه»; in some versions «خروج از حساب»).

Windows

1. On the app's home screen, click "Menu" (four squares).
2. Click "Profile" («پروفایل»).
3. Click "Log out".

After logging out

Enter the username and password of your new subscription. If you don't have them, Restore subscription will show them to you. Instead of typing, you can also tap "Log in with pairing code" («ورود با کد جفت‌سازی») and enter the code shown in your user panel.

Logging out does not remove the device from the list of active sessions. If you later can't log in because your login capacity is full, remove the extra devices: Remove devices.
