How to connect MaxVPN on iPhone with AnyConnect

On iPhone, install AnyConnect from the App Store, create a connection with the server address from your user panel, and connect with your subscription username and password.

Step 1: Copy the server address

1. Log in to your user panel with your subscription username and password.
2. Tap Copy address («کپی آدرس»).

Use the address exactly as copied; don't add any spaces or characters to it. For your account's security, the server address is shown only after you log in to the panel (that is, after you've confirmed you own the subscription).

Step 2: Install the app

1. Install AnyConnect from the App Store.
2. Open the app.

Step 3: Create the connection

1. Tap Connections.
2. Tap Add VPN Connection (in some versions, Add VPN Connections).
3. In Description, enter a name, for example MaxVPN.
4. In Server Address, paste the address you copied from the panel.
5. Turn on Connect on Demand.
6. Tap Save.

Step 4: Turn on VPN FIPS Mode

1. Go back to the app's home screen and tap Settings.
2. Set VPN FIPS Mode to ON.

Step 5: Connect

1. On the app's home screen, select the connection you created.
2. Turn on the AnyConnect VPN switch.
3. In Username, enter your subscription username.
4. In Password, enter your subscription password.

If your details are correct, the connection is made.

If you can't connect

• Try a different internet connection; for example, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
• Copy the server address from the panel again and make sure it has no extra spaces or characters.
• Enter your username and password again; make sure there are no spaces at the start or end.
• Don't have your username or password? Restore subscription.
• Seeing the message "Maximum number of logins reached" («تعداد دفعات ورود به حداکثر رسیده»)? Remove one of your previous devices: Remove connected devices.
• Can't log in to the user panel, or still can't connect? Get help from "Online support" («پشتیبانی آنلاین»).
