۱ Acceptance and scope
These terms apply to the MaxVPN website, subscription purchases and renewals, the user panel, VPN connections and support. By purchasing or using the service, you accept these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how data associated with the service is used.
۲ Eligibility and your account
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to purchase and use the service. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you use it and keeping your account credentials confidential. Provide an email address you can access and do not share your connection password.
Your subscription credentials are provided after payment is confirmed. Use subscription recovery or contact support to recover your credentials or report unauthorized access.
۳ Subscriptions and connection management
Each plan has the duration, data allowance and simultaneous connection limit shown at checkout. Access ends when the subscription duration or allowance is exhausted, as specified for that plan. Connections exceeding the permitted limit may be disconnected.
Use the user panel to view and manage active sessions, request device logout and change your connection password. If you see an unfamiliar device, use its logout option and change your password; contact support if needed.
۴ Payment, renewal and special offers
Subscription activation depends on payment confirmation. Check the amount and order terms before paying; any gateway fee is the amount disclosed during checkout before payment. Enter the details needed for bank payment only on the official gateway or bank page.
There is no automatic renewal or recurring debit. Each renewal requires a new order and payment initiated by you, at the price and terms then offered. Discounts, bonus days and bonus data are subject to the published conditions of the offer and have no cash value or cash redemption option.
If money has been debited but your subscription has not been activated, follow up through the payment tracking page or support.
۵ Refunds
The refund guarantee, under the conditions published at purchase, applies to the first paid purchase of a subscription. Renewals, free or gift subscriptions and subscriptions suspended or terminated for breaching these terms are excluded from this guarantee; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Submit your request through the refund page or support. Approved refunds are processed manually to the payer, unless another method is agreed with support. The time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the bank and payment network.

۶ Permitted and prohibited use
Subscriptions are for personal use within the limits of the purchased plan. Resale or commercial transfer requires our agreement. Phishing, fraud, data theft, distributing malware, sending spam, unauthorized access, attacks on systems and attempts to bypass service restrictions are prohibited.
۷ Restrictions and termination
Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated following a breach of these terms, abuse or a payment issue. Contact support to request a review or contest a decision. Subscription expiry or access termination does not by itself result in a refund or complete erasure of associated data; these matters are governed by the refund terms and Privacy Policy.
۸ Availability and responsibility
Availability and connection quality depend on the network, device and infrastructure services and may vary due to outages or maintenance. Continuous connectivity, fixed speeds and access to every website are not guaranteed. Our responsibility is determined by applicable law and the obligations in these terms.
۹ Changes and legal rights
The current terms are published on this page with their update date. Price or plan changes apply to subsequent purchases and renewals and do not change the price, duration or data allowance of an already paid subscription. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
۱۰ Support and disputes
Use the website support chat or contact page for technical issues, order inquiries, complaints or questions about these terms. Disputes are first addressed through support, without affecting your right to approach competent authorities under applicable law. Include only what is needed to handle your request and do not send passwords or sensitive banking details.
