How do I connect to MaxVPN?

To connect to MaxVPN you need three things: a username, a password, and the MaxVPN app (on iPhone and Mac, instead of the MaxVPN app you install AnyConnect and create the connection with the server address from your user panel). Your username and password were shown on the payment result page after you bought; if you don't remember them, Restore subscription will show them to you again.

Android and Windows

1. Get the app from its download page: Android or Windows.
2. Open the app and enter your username and password.
3. Tap the connect button.

iPhone and Mac

iPhone: Copy the server address from your user panel (the "Copy address" («کپی آدرس») button) and enter it as shown in the iPhone guide.

Mac: A manual connection with AnyConnect, just like on iPhone: Mac guide.

If you can't connect

1. Try a different internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
2. In the app, choose a different server or service.
3. Enter your username and password again, with no spaces. Don't remember your password? Look it up with your purchase email at Restore subscription. If that doesn't work, write in "Online support" («پشتیبانی آنلاین») that you need a new password; once your purchase email is verified, you'll get a new password (with the new password you need to log in again on all your devices).
4. If you see the message "Maximum number of logins reached" («تعداد دفعات ورود به حداکثر رسیده»): Remove devices.
